Please allow for1-2 days of handling time before shipment.
We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

For international orders: Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as "gift" or with altered prices. It is your responsibility as the customer to be aware of any fees that may apply. Typical transit time in the US is 3-5 days, with typical international transit 15-20 days. This time does not include handling time. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier (see terms).
Our products are made and shipped directly from our warehouse in Texas, US.
If the incorrect address was entered and your item has already been shipped out, we will be unable to offer a refund for the item or send another out. Often, there are avenues through which you can alter the address while in transit.
